Do you have an investment summary for public release or is it an IM only available for sophisticated investors under Australian law?

As an epilogue to the disgraceful treatment of Ben Cohen being wrongly named in the Bondi Junction stabbings we now have a meek apology from the media with the assumption that somehow all is forgiven. In today's digital landscape, where algorithms drive the internet and false information spreads like wildfire, the role of the media becomes even more critical. Unfortunately, there are instances of lazy and poor reporting like this example, that can have severe consequences, jeopardising reputations and causing harm to innocent individuals. It is high time for greater scrutiny and penalties to rein in those reporters who shoot first and ask questions later. Benjamin Cohen, a young man wrongly named as the Bondi Junction stabbings murderer by Seven News deserves more despite reaching a confidential settlement with the network. Indeed, this incident highlights the need for media outlets to exercise caution and verify information before broadcasting it to the public. Short deadlines and the need to grab the scoop should not excuse bad behaviour and the serious responsibility that our news providers carry. In the modern world, where news travels at lightning speed, false and misleading stories can cause irreparable damage. Social media platforms amplify these stories, making it challenging to control their spread. The consequences can be devastating, not only for the individuals falsely accused but also for the public's trust in the media.Furthermore, there is a need for greater accountability and penalties for those who engage in sloppy reporting. While freedom of the press is a fundamental pillar of democracy, it should not be an excuse for irresponsible journalism. Media organisations must establish clear guidelines and protocols to ensure accurate reporting. Swift corrections and apologies when mistakes are made are not enough. We must demand higher standards, greater scrutiny, and stronger penalties to prevent the spread of false and misleading news stories. The reputation of individuals and the integrity of the media industry are at stake.www.terrypaule.com #MediaAccountability #JournalisticIntegrity #TruthMatters #DigitalAge #ResponsibleReporting #Terrypaule

The World Bank Group has announced a new approach to measuring IMPACT.Instead of focusing solely on financial metrics, the organisation will now prioritise THE NUMBER of LIVES IMPROVED. The newly introduced scorecard will track progress across 22 indicators, providing a comprehensive view of advancements in areas such as healthcare, sustainable food systems, private investment and WASH etc. This important shift seems like such a simple idea that is well and truly overdue and will help ensure that all financing institutions align their efforts to end poverty.www.wegrowwater.com www.terrypaule.com #WorldBankGroup #wegrowwater #terrypaule #ImpactMeasurement #SustainableDevelopment

When we think about water scarcity, we often focus on its impact on the environment and the global population. However, it is crucial to recognize that women and girls bear a disproportionate burden when it comes to accessing clean water. They traditionally carry the responsibility of fetching water for their families, which has far-reaching consequences on their lives and opportunities. The time spent fetching water takes away from their education, economic empowerment, and overall well-being. According to the United Nations, women and girls collectively spend 200 million hours daily fetching water, time that could be better spent pursuing education or engaging in income-generating activities. This perpetuates a cycle of gender inequality and restricts their potential for personal and professional growth.Addressing water scarcity is not just about implementing sustainable solutions but also about ensuring gender equality. By investing in infrastructure that brings clean water closer to communities, we can alleviate the burden on women and girls and provide them with the opportunity to thrive. Empowering women with access to clean water not only improves their lives but also has a positive ripple effect on their families, communities, and society as a whole.www.wegrowwater.com #WaterScarcity #GenderEquality #Sustainability#Botanicalwatertechnologies #Wegrowwater

In an era where corporate accountability is paramount, it is disappointing to see that some supermarket CEOs have failed to learn from the lessons of the banking royal commission. Five years after the Hayne inquiry into the banking, super and financial services industry, it’s easy to forget the scale of the misconduct. The fees-for-no-service scandal alone cost the sector $4.4 billion. As leaders in the retail industry supermarket CEOs have a responsibility to prioritise the needs and trust of their customers. The banking royal commission exposed a culture of misconduct, unethical practices, and a lack of transparency in the banking sector. It served as a wake-up call for the industry, forcing banks to reevaluate their practices and prioritise the interests of their customers.Supermarkets, much like banks, hold a significant amount of power and influence in our society. They have a responsibility to operate ethically, protect consumer rights, and ensure fair competition in the market. However, recent incidents and controversies surrounding some supermarket chains suggest that some CEOs have not taken these responsibilities seriously. It is crucial for supermarket CEOs to learn from the mistakes made by the banking sector and implement measures to prevent similar issues from occurring in their industry. This includes fostering a culture of ethical behavior, ensuring fair pricing and competition, and prioritising the needs of customers above all else.As consumers, we have the power to demand better from our supermarkets. We can choose to support those retailers who demonstrate a commitment to transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction. By holding supermarket CEOs accountable and encouraging them to learn from the banking royal commission, we can create a retail industry that truly serves the best interests of all Australians.www.terrypaule.com The VIDEO in this article is a MUST WATCH.#SupermarketAccountability #EthicalRetailing #ConsumerRights #BankingRoyalCommissionLessons #Terrypaule

It is disheartening to hear that a growing number of Australians are struggling to afford basic necessities and are even going without food to ensure their loved ones can eat. This is a clear indication that there is a growing cost of living crisis. No one should have to choose between paying rent, electricity bills, or buying food. We need to address this issue urgently and find solutions to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious meals and essential resources.A growing number of individuals are relying on food banks for the first time in their lives or resorting to dumpster diving to find food. This situation is not acceptable, and we must take immediate action to alleviate the suffering. The spotlight is now on government, charitable organizations, and individuals alike to step up and increase support for those experiencing food insecurity. We need to ensure that food relief services are readily available and accessible for everyone, regardless of their income or employment status. Additionally, we should advocate for policies that address the root causes of food insecurity and work towards long-term solutions.Let's raise awareness, donate resources, and support initiatives that aim to alleviate the cost of living crisis. No one should have to go hungry in a nation as prosperous as Australia.www.terrypaule.com #SupportForAll #EndFoodInsecurity #Hungry #Terrypaule #Myco #CostOfLivingCrisis #FoodInsecurity #Support #TogetherWeCanMakeADifference

Australian's are in shock at the senseless murder of six (6) innocent people by a knife wielding attacker in a Sydney shopping mall who was also shot dead by police. In a bizarre set of circ*mstances several media outlets wrongly named Sydney university student, Ben Cohen, as the Bondi Junction attacker without proper fact-checking. This reckless act of misidentification has caused tremendous distress for Ben Cohen and his family, who has been inundated with messages and social media friend requests. Imagine the impact this has had on his life, as he is now associated with a crime he did not commit. It is utterly unacceptable that the media, whose primary responsibility is to inform the public accurately, can make such a grave error. Sloppy and lazy reporting is not uncommon in an industry built on scoops and deadlines. This incident not only tarnishes the reputation of the innocent individual but also erodes what little trust we place in much of the media. We must demand accountability from the media organisations involved in this incident and make certain that support is given to the victim. Fact-checking should be an integral part of their reporting process to prevent such damaging mistakes. It is their duty to ensure that the information they disseminate is accurate and reliable.I urge all media outlets to take immediate action to rectify this situation. Correct the misinformation, issue an apology to Ben Cohen, and learn from this mistake to avoid similar incidents in the future. We need responsible journalism that upholds the highest standards of integrity and accuracy. The media must be held accountable, and we must demand better.www.terrypaule.com #MediaAccountability #FactCheckingMatters #ResponsibleJournalism #StandForAccuracy

The Australian on Instagram: "Channel 7 has blamed “human error” for identifying the wrong man as the knife-wielding murderer who killed six people at Sydney’s Bondi Junction Westfield on Saturday. This is Ben Cohen, falsely named as the murderer, who is a first-year UTS student." instagram.com

Saudi Arabia's ambitious project, the Line, has brought both praise and criticism of the scale of ambition behind this truly remarkable city. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's (MBS) vision to transition Saudi Arabia away from oil dependency and create a glass-walled city of the future is commendable. However, it is important to acknowledge that ambition alone is not enough.Undertaking such a colossal project carries inherent execution risks, and it seems that the challenges faced by the Line have led to a far more modest start. Plans for the city have been scaled down, with the projected length reduced significantly (98%). This adjustment indicates a recognition of the potential risks involved in building a city of this magnitude. A difficult yet prudent decision. While some may view this scaling back as a setback, I believe it presents an opportunity for a more effective and staged project. By starting with a more achievable scope, the Line can minimize risk and allow for valuable learning experiences along the way. This approach will enable the project to adapt and grow organically, ensuring its long-term success. The Neom project, of which the Line is a part, has already faced criticism and skepticism. It is crucial to address concerns and learn from past experiences to ensure the success of this ambitious undertaking. By incorporating feedback, maintaining transparency, and involving stakeholders, the Line can evolve into a model of accessible urban planning and AI-driven amenities. The Line will not only become a symbol of Saudi Arabia's ambition but also a testament to its ability to overcome challenges and build a sustainable future.www.terrypaule.com #SaudiArabia #TheLineProject #AmbitionAndExecution #FutureCities #Sustainability #Innovation #StagedApproach #LearningFromExperience
